I like the subject matter, but the photo is very busy. Given its location, probably couldn't be avoided, just an observation.

I agree with Dawn about the busy aspect of your pic. I DO like the statue though and would have cropped in more on this. The bland sky interferes with the hairline I feel? Darken the sky or try and move so that the head is totally in front of the building! A positive thought - Well done!

I like it. I'd suggest cropping the blue flags out from each side, because they're a bit distracting.
