very well captured image with nice light on the subject. With what appears to be a stone wall in the background, I'm not sure this would qualify for nature due to the hand of man being pictured.

Jack, yes it's a stonewall. I've checked Andres' Documents and in the Summary of changes 2) . . . small unavoidable part of the scene (like footprints & vehicle tracks). I feel that the wall is similar. What does Andres and anyone else think?

I can see how this could be deemed a small unavoidable part of scene, but the question is whether it is worth the risk. I feel there is too muc room for interpreptation in these rules.
