Agree with Bert. Either wait or clone out. Otherwise an extremely graceful image.

I like the picture but something doesn't look right about the body. Almost looks translucent. Maybe it's my monitor.

A boring swan, nothing exciting here

The body does present translucent, whereas there is detail at the tail end and of course the neck. Also, I find that the swan appears almost as if it was pasted onto the water, the edges of the body are pencil sharp. Maybe my monitor also?

Think cloudy day, Mute Swan feeding, just lifting it's graceful neck out of the water, touch of algae, drops of water, watching antagonist. Swans are boring?

I don't see the need to call an image "boring" It's not constructive for the maker.
|

Let me be more diplomatic: "composition is lacking intrest" at least for me. Having seen the swan in prior competition and this swan is in an akward position.
