It was great to turn this picture into a B/W since the shadow on the leaf only came out at that time.

I love the subject matter and the shadown of the flower is great. I think it could use some more contrast between the blacks and white so that it is not so grey.

Wow! The shadow of the flower on the leaf! I love the subject! If I had to offer a suggestion, perhaps tone down the highlights on the leaf a bit?

Ypu've captured the three dimensional aspect well. Perhaps play around with contrast and shadows a bit to see if you can create a better effect. At the moment it looks a bit bland I'm afraid, sorry!
