This season’s Holiday Dinner was a great success. The theme was “Mardi Gras” and the decorations,
selfie station with props, costumes and plenty of raffles provided the perfect backdrop for a fun filled
evening. Thank you to all who attended, brought food and helped with the setup and clean-up!
Our Noble Salon Show is fast approaching. The bios will be finalized soon so if you plan on participating
this year, please let Gail know if you need any changes to your Bio. If we don’t hear from you, we will
use the one we have on file from last year. Also, send Gail the list of your photos with titles and prices
so we can forward this information to our contact at Noble. Remember – all new work is expected and
each photo must be presented with 2 HCC labels. The folks at Noble will make the final decision of
which photos are hung. The opening reception is Friday, January 17th from 4:00 pm -6:00 pm. Please
attend if you can and invite your family and friends. A great way to start off the New Year!
With the start of the New Year, I am hoping we can look back over the past year and ask ourselves
“What went well this year?” “What could be done differently?” Please feel free to present ideas of how
to make our club better, sign-up new members and get everyone engaged. I look forward to your
suggestions and hope to see you at the Noble reception on the 17th! Our January meeting will be in-
person on the 21 st at 7:00 pm in the Wagner room (this is in the main building instead of the Cobble
building). More details to follow soon.
